The St Neots Cleaning Company was born as partnership all the way back in 2004 by the owners Steve & Lee and after a few years of much faster than anticipated growth we incorporated our business in 2009. We had only a few core philosophical aims back then, number one was that (rather obviously) we should be able to provide an excellent, high quality cleaning service. But beyond that we wanted to be the best, and certainly the most reliable cleaning service that St Neots and the surrounding villages had ever seen.
We celebrate our 17th year in business in 2021 and we remain just passionate about the same things, delivering exemplary cleaning standards along with a level of total, unfailing reliability, that is rarely seen in any cleaning service. We know how it feels to be let down, and whether the reason is genuine or more spurious, the frustration is always real.
We are very proud of the fact that we have a capable and strong, hands-on, senior team that is truly focussed on great customer service. Both of the owners come from client centric backgrounds and, more importantly, we also both believe in giving our senior team the freedom, and independence of thought, needed to enable the team to grow and the business to thrive.
We work tirelessly to keep our client-driven approach at the fore of our business and as such we are not an agency nor do we use anyone on a self-employed basis. Our staff are all our employees on full, permanent contracts, rewarding all staff with a level of job security extremely rare in the cleaning world.
We are proud that in recent years we have become an accredited member of the Living Wage Foundation, an independently assessed recommended minimum pay standard based, not on government minimums, but on the real cost of living. This further enhances our commitment to offering excellent employment benefits and job security.
For your added peace of mind we also carry professional insurance and we are proud members of a variety of bodies including: The Best of St Neots, the Domestic Cleaning Alliance, the Living Wage Foundation and the Federation of Small Businesses.
