We operate a 'Wet Extraction' cleaning system. Recognised as the most efficient method of removing the greatest quantity of dirt and debris from most carpet types. The process, in its simplest terms, pumps heated cleaning fluid into the carpet under pressure and then sucks the emulsified waste back out. Our system is made and serviced by a leading local manufacturer and is of the latest in high power, high efficiency, triple vacuum extraction equipment and is small enough to be usable in domestic properties and powerful enough to cope with large commercial spaces.

We can use both non-detergent (colloidial cleaning) as well as modern detergents that are self-neutralising, bactericidal and algaecidal so you will not have any sticky residues, and virtually any odour can be removed. There are specialist methods for some spillages and odours, including bodily fluids, like urine and vomit, should they be required.

Because the withdrawal of waste water is so efficient most carpets will be left only just damp and can be completely dry within as little as 1 hour.

Allergy sufferers are also helped by our cleaning process as both the treatment and the process itself leaves less pollutants and irritants in the carpet.

Independant research recommends professional carpet cleaning every 12-18 months, though this is reduced to 6-12 months if you have children and/or pets or a high number of people walking through your home or business.
